Büşra Özduran is the Co-Founder and Intercultural Trainer at Unite Cultures. Having grown up biculturally, she combines extensive media experience with an academic background in intercultural communication. Her years of research and international project work define her expertise in successfully shaping global collaborations. Through hands-on, evidence-based strategies, she supports organisations and professionals in expanding their diversity competencies and achieving sustainable success in today’s fast-paced international environment.

Selim Çalık is the Co-Founder and Intercultural Trainer at Unite Cultures. Born and raised in Germany, he combines two cultural perspectives through many years of professional and personal experience in Türkiye, making his work notably authentic and practice-oriented. As a long-standing expert, he supports organisations and professionals in German–Turkish collaboration, focusing on training, coaching, strategic consultancy, and building sustainable cooperation structures.
